At Pintxo, we believe in charcuterie as it should be, everything that we do comes from an inspired passion for tradition, quality & beautiful design.

If you've visited the Basque Country in Northern Spain, you'll know exactly; that a 'Pintxo' [Pin~cho] is a small snack eaten in bars around San Sebastian. A 'Pintxo', along your favourite tipple, is simply an excuse for a social occasion.

We produce Cured Chorizo; also French delicacy Cured Saucisson, along with Fresh Chorizo Meatballs and Burgers.

With meticulous attention to traditional techniques, our products are handcrafted, combining 100% Certified Free-Range New Zealand Pork, sea salt, Marlborough garlic and freshly ground spices. All are naturally gluten free with no nitrates, preservatives, fillers or binders.

Our cured meats are held in natural casings and maintained in the organic white mold that protects them, also the perfect way to preserve them. While our Fresh Chorizo Meatballs and Burgers are specially packaged to keep them fresh for up to three weeks when chilled.
